Dave’s past professional experiences include: becoming an award-winning salesperson for Siemens; conducting and publishing academic research at the University of California/San Diego; and serving as Chief Administrative Officer of an Institute at UCLA.

For the last thirty years, Dave has been president of his own coaching/training firm. During this time, he has also had teaching appointments at Emory and Rockhurst University.
